About the Project

The Ingredient Reading Application is a web tool that helps users detect ingredients in products that they are unable to consume due to allergies or other dietary restrictions.

The application serves the following purposes:

• Assisting pregnant individuals in choosing products that are safe for consumption during pregnancy.
• Helping visually impaired individuals read and understand ingredient labels.
